GM/AGM (Talent Acquisition - BPO)

- Develop appropriate hiring strategies, define roles and responsibilities of hiring team, and develop service-level agreements with stake holders to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment lifecycle while minimizing cost-per-hire.

- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience

- Managing a team of Talent Acquisition lead, sourcing and recruitment team.

- Multi-geo operations experience PAN-India or Regional

- Extensive experience in bulk hiring of frontline & 1st line Managers for Sales team & Customer service (inbound & outbound)

- Sales team include Tele-calling & field sales

- Should have extensive experience in hiring from various sources including:

- Campus

- Job Portals like Naukri

- Manpower consultants

- Employee referrals

- Social sites like Fb & Linkedin (Paid and free)

- High implementation bias

- High Performance bias Target versus achievement bent of mind

- Analytical, logical & data driven approach

- Managing direct reports who are Senior Managers

Qualification And Experience:

i. 15+ years of experience, majorly focused on talent acquisition into bulk hiring, campus & mid level hiring.

ii. Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent acquisition programs and its successful implementation through business and HR teams alignment.

iii. Previous experience in capturing recruitment metrics and data driven strategy implementation - Internet based company experience is mandatory

iv. Self-driven, Self-motivated

v. Excellent communication skills
