GM Architecture

- A Design & Architecture Professional, with at least 15-17 years of experience in Premium high rise projects

- Drive the Architecture department in the architecture and planning activities for a Commercial and residential project across all phases: from site analysis, conceptualization, detailed drawings, review, monitoring, and adherence to specified timelines, budget, and quality standards, in alignment with the design intent

- Create project brief, design, and guidelines and coordinate with consultants to ensure that the intent followed in the design

- Survey the market/environment to keep abreast of national and global trends/ best practices in the area of architecture and design in the real estate industry

- Understand the overall budget and budgetary allocation for various phases of the project and ensure adherence to the same through the design and construction phase

- Coordinate with the internal stakeholders to understand the implications of specific design features on the overall approvals of the plans, and make modifications as required

- Prepare the design brief of the project based on the design intent of the project/ project vision, and prevailing market conditions

- Provide inputs in alignment with the design intent, adherence to regulatory restrictions such as civil aviation, health and safety considerations, design details such as the size of elevators, etc. and ensure that the drawings are revised accordingly

- Identify consultants for various functional areas across projects such as Structural consultants, Services consultants, Interior design consultants, Facade consultants, Landscape consultants, Lighting consultants, Acoustics and AV consultants, Graphics and signages consultants etc.

- Technical Skills- SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photo Cad, Advance Excel, Project Architect Experience into Group Housing
