General Manager - Analytics - NBFC

We have an urgent role with one of the NBFC Group at gurgaon

Role : GM Analytics

CTC : 20-22 Lacs

 Required Qualifications and Experience

- 5-7 Experience in Regression Analysis, ML modelling, Segmentation and Clustering for Credit Scorecard Development.

- Preferred languages: SQL, R/Python. Person from Financial Sector will be preferred.

Profile :

- Developing Credit Scorecards and Early warning systems for the Working Capital and Consumer Loan Portfolio using traditional Bureau as well as Alternate Data.

- Provide analytical solutions to the business problems with a rigorous framework of appropriate sampling, algorithm selection and hypothesis testing.

- Managing a team of Data Analysts to ensure timely delivery of periodic reports and maintenance of the Management Dashboards.

- Track and improve key performance indicators and portfolio quality.

- Work in cohesion with Product, Sales and Credit teams to support business growth and drive new initiatives.

- Ongoing coordination with IT team to ensure that all processes and data flow are working efficiently.
