We are looking for a GM - Analytics for a client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Education& Exp : Post graduate degree in Statistics or Mathematics ; Must have minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in a consulting, BPO or ITES organization; including experience in managing and leading analytics projects. R and Python are mandate

Overview

Primary role is to deliver data-driven, action-oriented solutions to business problems through statistical data mining, cutting edge analytics techniques and a consultative approach. Leveraging Client's proprietary T.A.P methodology, you will be responsible to extend our existing analytics solutions to our customers. You will also be responsible for handling effective delivery of business by interfacing with clients and coordinate with all stakeholders.

Job Profile

1. Design solutions utilizing available analytic tools & techniques and maintain overall responsibility for project delivery as the leader of a delivery team

2. Help build technical competence by introducing additional analytics skills from your experience

3. Defining, Executing and Delivering Analytical solutions to business problems

4. Responsible for project delivery, preparing and presenting work directly to clients as required

5. Liaison and build relationships with the client. Consult with clients and partners to provide functional and technical expertise in areas including, solution design, project management, business process improvement and risk identification / mitigation.

6. Shape the end to end architecture and design, and work with the technical / program head and team to implement the solutions.

7. Train and coach team members

8. Build new analytics solutions

9. Effectively create, unify, and guide project team with disparate skills and backgrounds

10. Support Pre-sale activities and provide technical solutions, effort estimation, define delivery strategy and plan

11. Promote firm development by taking initiative to identify and cultivate new clients and business opportunities, and identify opportunities to provide additional client value and extension of existing client relationships

12. Structure ambiguous problems, develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches, create new tools and methodologies, and develop recommendations for client solution implementation

13. Utilize strong communications skills including the ability to command an audience

14. Develop intellectual capital including new and insightful frameworks and analysis

15. Manage and collaborate effectively with team members from cross-functional teams

16. Role will require extensive travel (both within India and outside) and flexibility in working hours

Experience

- Experience in tools such as R, Knime, Tableau, PowerBi, SQL, Exp in R and Python is mandate

- Strong technical background with experience using various Microsoft Technologies mainly in .NET area. Worked on C#.Net, WCF, MVC, JavaScript, Java

- Experience in VB Script, JavaScript (AngularJS, NodeJS), Python, Bash & Poweshell is highly - desired

- Experience in building stochastic and non-stochastic model including Neural network.

- Must have led mid and high scale projects in past, exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the programmes
