General Manager - After Sales India - Service & Spare Parts
The incumbent should be an Engineering Graduate with more than 16 to 22 years of experience in Service Management and Spare Management preferably for Motor Bikes / Scooters.
Job description:
- Developing service and operating procedures
- Evaluating performance and guide to improve their service quality.
- Training and improving service staff for their performance and ability to meet customer's needs for service satisfaction.
- Reviewing all service-related information and reports.
- Preparing annual budget for service department and manage warranty cost within budget.
- Audit the service centre to apply certification standards and monitor actions with service heads to overcome weaknesses reported.
- Supervise the design operation for new service centres layout.
- Creating and presenting regular reports to senior management.
- Evaluating service centres' development needs
