General Manager - Administration - Consumer Durable

Budgeting & Cost Control :

- Handling overall forecasting, budgeting, CAPEX, OPEX, Procurement, Distribution, and Consumption of resources across India.

Policy Formulation and Implementation:

- Design and deliver sustainable Admin processes and policies in consultation with appropriate internal function.

- Drive awareness and adherence to policies.

- Drive awareness in all employees on Health, Safety, and Environment such as Fire Safety, etc.

Office Management, Security & Upkeep :

- Engaged in the expansion and maintenance of offices and establishments entailing selection of vendors, etc

- Ensuring continuity in operations in all offices including infrastructure, buildings, security equipment in the 24X7 environment.

Vendor Management :

- Vendor management including development of new partners and their functional management to get the seamless deliverables as per defined SLA.

Travel Management :

- Drive the travel helpdesk team to ensure the right partners and identified and travel & accommodation arrangements meet expected employee satisfaction.

Promoter's Residence:
 
- Drive management through House Managers of various promoter residences to ensure upkeep and maintenance within budget.

Event Management :

- Organise Corporate & CSR events including selection, finalization of venue, etc.

- Liaison with local Government authorities to ensure statutory requirements/licenses are in place.

People Management and Development :

- Day to day drive the Administration team to achieve set out goals for the respective land banks.

- Help the team to troubleshoot situations when they are stuck.

- Review and assist the team in performance improvement through continuous feedback, motivation, and guidance/mentoring.
