Brief Description Responsible for managing day to day administration of Medical College Hospital & Research Centre. The GM-Admin will be focusing on facility operations-planning & implementation, campus & hospital infrastructure management, manage relationships with contractors, control space allocation and maintain facility project budgets Roles and Responsibilities : - To manage facility operations, infrastructure management and general administration for the campus cum hospital (including hostel facility) - Administers system-wide co-curriculum events, including the forecasting, planning, developing promoting, and evaluation of programs and services that are focused on providing a diverse student body with opportunities for personal growth and leadership development - Securing constant development vendor database by effective vendor performance review with agreed SLA - Contributing vitally towards Business Enablement through working with Planning, Business team to design, develop & execute and maintain various field projects - Offering efforts towards People Management by establishing robust people management practices across the area to attract, develop & retain key skills and competencies required - Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security - Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards - Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness - Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments Qualification : - Master's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute - Preference would be given to candidate having at least 5 years of experience in similar profile with a reputed hospital Experience : More than 10 years
