- Lead the office administration activities including facilities management, housekeeping, transport, internal / external communications, consolidation etc.
- Day to monitoring of office supplies, facilities, transport and ensuring uptime
- Lead Negotiation with Vendors & payment processing
- Liaison with Local Authorities & various Government bodies with regards to licenses, renewals, permissions etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Excellent following-up and reporting skills are mandatory
- Must be an excellent negotiator
- Strong management skills, Leadership skills, Organizational skill
- Ability to develop and nurture good team;
- Be a team person
- Must have good interpersonal communication skill
- Ability to self-motivate and effectively manage through challenges and conflicts.
Graduates, and preferably a full time MBA
