GM Accounts

Major KRA for (AGM/GM Accounts) Position:

- Ensuring preparation and closure of financial statement of Real Estate Entities on periodical basis.

- Compliance of Companies Act, CARO, LLP Act.

- Ensuring closure of tax audit, TP audits

- Preparation of data for Income Tax/ GST Assessment

- Ensuring closure of Stat. Audit, internal audit and ICOFR.

- Ensuring AP & AR functions deliverables as per the required check.

- Ensuring accounts compliances as per JDAs.

- Ensuring compliances and documentation for borrowings.

- Ensuring trial balance review on monthly and take corrective actions for RE entities.

- Ensuring inter company transaction with compliance of Companies Act.

- Ensuring timely deposit of statutory liabilities.

- Monthly MIS on key deliverables.

Requirement:

- CA with minimum 8-10 years of post qualification experience.

- Should have Real Estate background,

- Candidate with SAP background would be added advantage
