GM Accounts

We are looking for a GM Accounts with one of the Leading FMCG.

Basis responsibilities are mentioned below :

1. Process improvements in overall accounting operations

2. Set up systems for MIS, Budgeting & monitoring the same

3. Segmental reporting product wise

4. Relate with Statutory Auditors - internal and external

5. Resolve audit issues and improve control environment

6. Accounting Standards - IND-AS

7. Due Diligence of companies

8. Automation in SAP and other processes

9. Analyzing each unit's financial operations

10. Budgeting for all the units across the country

11. Analyzing financial numbers to improve the bottom line

12. Costing and ROI calculations

13. Finalization of Accounts &Balance Sheet

14. Preparing Tax Audit reports

15. Building & maintaining relations with banks including preparation of CMA data/MBPF calculations.

The candidate should have the below skill set :

1. Advanced knowledge of all accounting systems (Plant and Sales), Taxation laws, CSR implications,

2. Foreign Exchange, statutory Credit policies of the Government etc.

3. Keep abreast of new Legislative Developments and implement them into the system.

4. Good exposure in SAP
