Looking Male candidate with one of our estimated client in FMCG Industry for the position of General Manager based at Gurgaon.

Planning :

- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

- Develop financial and tax strategies

- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

Operations :

- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team

- Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team

- Manage the accounting, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments

- Oversee the company's transaction processing systems

- Implement operational best practices

- Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing cost forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements.

- Experience in performing company secretarial functions, framing legal documents, ensuring compliance to Corporate Laws. effective benefits packaging

- Report financial results to the board of directors - Reports financial status by developing

Risk Management :

- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

- Monitor all open legal issues involving the company, and legal issues affecting the industry

- Construct and monitor reliable control systems

- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies

- Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors

- Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations

- Proficiency in handling Auditor, Banker, Service Tax & Income Tax authority.

Personal Attributes :

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.

- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.

- Candidate should be having good exposure in Indirect Taxes .

- Candidate should be having Min 12 years of work experience in FMCG industry.

- Currently he must be handling at least 2 region.

- Candidate who is ready to relocate Gurgaon.
