General Manager - Accounts & Finance - Steel Firm

Talent Fishers Group is hiring GM - Finance and Accounts Manager for one of its leading MNC client from Steel Industry.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years

The Function would be four folds:

Accounting | Finance | Auditing | Taxation

- Knowledge of IND AS and working in an SAP environment.

- Ability to deal with commercial and tax laws.

- Commercial and business awareness

- Strong attention to detail and an investigative nature

- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize

- Good IT skills.

Responsibilities :

- Manage general accounting, and accounts payables and receivables for Unit

- Prepare Financial Statements (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually)

- Monthly quarterly and yearly MIS

- Review and analysis of Variance.

- Review and analysis of working capital

- Timely and accurate reporting of financial data as per the requirement of Corporate.

- Drive costing and budgeting exercise for Unit. Both Capex and Opex.

- Support business analysis to enhance financial efficiency proactively.

- Support through timely fund management.

- Effective monitoring of related fiscal corporate policies like the DOFP, credit policy, contract policy, capex policy, Taxation Compliance, etc. which will be notified from time to time.

- Participation in different committee meetings to provide input on financial matters.

- Ensuring tax compliances, Direct as well as Indirect tax.
