Title: General Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location: Faridabad

Reporting to: MD

Job Functions :

1. Experience in banking for sanction of working capital limits, Indirect & Direct Taxes

2. Balance Sheet finalization of a limited company in accordance with AS

3. Oversee the functions of Accounting and Compliance departments

4. Manage relations with third- party service providers

5. Implement timely and accurate accounts as per local and international standards

6. Devise and implement proactive and progressive tax planning strategies

7. Ensure the company is compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements

8. Monitor cash balances and future cash flows.

9. Maintain bank relationships

10. Represent the company with Investment Bankers and Investors.

Job Specification :

Office Timings: Day Shift and as per the industry

Experience: Min 10 years

Industries Required: Experience in medium sized manufacturing set up

Salary: will not be a constraint for a suitable candidate

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting+ Qualified Chartered Accountant

Age group: 45- 55 years
