General Manager - Accounts & Finance - CA - Manufacturing

Primary Responsibilities :

- Initiate and do the preparation of forecasts of company revenue, working capital, and expenditure.

- Provide all statistical information required to be submitted to Government Dept. Auditors, etc.

- Handle statutory and Government Audits

- In charge of day to day functioning of the Accounts and finance Dept.

Corporate Planning & Systems :

- Involved in Unit wise financial planning, including ROI.

- Involved in formulation of various financial systems, policies, procedures, as per need of the company

- Involved in Financial projections of Unit/ joint ventures envisaged

Finance :

- Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost & Credit Control, Margin Analysis, Costing & Profitability Analysis and Management Reporting

- Preparation and submission of applications to Financial Institutions for financial assistance in form of Term Loans, Short Term Deposits and timely follow up for necessary sanctions, documentations and disbursements

Banking and Working Capital :

- Preparation and appraisal of working capital proposal

- Arranging Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantee

- Arranging Suppliers' Credit and Buyers' Credit

Accounts & Audit :

- Finalization of accounts, divisional & branch accounting

- Attending statutory auditors, internal auditors

- Stores/ Materials accounting

- Computerized accounting

- Debtors' management and credit control

- Accounting Standards and their implementation

MIS, Budgeting & Costing :

- Costing - product and process

- Budget preparation and Budgetary controls

Qualifications: Chartered Accountant

Experience : A person of proven professional competency and managerial ability with post qualification experience in a manufacturing industry of approx. 8 -12 years.

Salary Offered : 12-15 LPA
