General Manager - Accounts & Finance - BFSI

Role involves experience into overall Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit and Working capital management

1. To Manage Complete Financial accounting.

2. Managing Audits- Statutory, tax (Annual + Quarterly)

3. Consolidation & finalization of Group/Branch accounts

4. Complete Taxation.

5. All compliance's relating to accounting, tax, audit and finance function.

6. Managing the Entire payments process of the company- Cash Flow, Working capital & Debtors management

7. Formulation of SOP and Strengthening of Systems and Processes.

8. Inter Group Transactions - Close coordination with various internal and external stakeholders.

9. Preparation of various MIS reports
