- Should have Contact Center and OM management experience
- Independent P&L management experience
- Can lead RFP response etc in this space independently
- Manage client relation indenpendely in a global setup

- End to End .. B2B order management experience - Order processing, provisioning , fulfillment etc
- Able to build and support the capability for the BU
- Participate in RFP, solution design, process reengineering etc
