We are looking for GM - HR for one of the esteemed organizations based at Delhi.
We are looking for candidates with 14 plus years of experience in Corporate HR.
The responsibilities would include :
1. Managing the Competency framework for C&B, Learning and Development
2. Managing the PMS Cycle and Roll out PMS Cycle
3. Managing the HR Projects - including roll of projects / automation
4. Headcount Management
The COE's heading the Talent Lead, L&D and C&B would be reporting the GM -HR.
