General Corporate Associate - Law Firm

- A prestigious tier 1 law firm, with excellent history and reputation in the M&A practice are seeking General Corporate lawyers from junior to mid and senior-level with tremendous growth potential for their offices across India.

- Ideally, we are looking for legal professionals with 1-7 years of experience in handling Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity transactions for different designations.

- Experience in cross border transactions are preferred

- Must have performed due diligence for the firm

- Must have a good hand in drating and reviewing agreements such as MSA, NDA, shareholder's agreements etc.

- Candidates who have strong command in drafting and reviewing and senior associates with the capability to independently handle transactions whilst working effectively in a fast-paced environment would be given preference.
