General Accounts Manager - FMCG

Financial Reporting :

- Monthly, Statutory financial statement and Tax audit financial statement

- Presentation for the performance report for the period close.

MIS reporting :

- Monthly expenditure, Debtor, Creditor, Monthly performance report

- Review and analyze all accounts including reconciliation of the General Ledger, revenue, Expenditure at periodical interval.

- Ensure that all accounting reports comply with Accounting Standards and statutory regulations.

Planning and Budgeting :

- Variance analysis between the budget/forecast and actual number. Discussion with each product-line leaders

- Working Capital Management

Banking :

- Fund management with the effective utilization. Negotiation with bank to facilitate the client in terms of good benefits.

- Lead the migration of accounting system .

- Review the Accounting Systems/procedure and suggest improvement to make process efficient.

Liaising with auditor :

- Prepare and direct the preparation of audits, financial accounts and other reports

- Team building and team management including planning and supervision in the day to day functions, Capex analysis, Fixed Assets Maintenance.

Candidate Requirement :

CA / ICWA - Either of the one is a must , 1st / 2nd attempt preferred and 3rd attempt can be considered

SAP exposure is a must , Working knowledge of USGAAP / SOX Complaince will be an added advantage

Experience - Minimum 8 yrs
