We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, self motivated e-commerce professional with strong data and analytical skills to lead the product and marketing functions. This person will be responsible for annual marketing plan, strategy and team.

As the VP - Product & Marketing, you shall be reporting directly to the CEO
Job Description:
- Overall responsibility of Product - Strategic Conceptualization to Implementation
- Product Improvement - Conceptualization of New Features, A/B Testing, Conversion Rate Optimization
- Training and Managing of the product, catalog, and tech teams
- Responsible for Monthly Reporting to CEO and Analysis of all aspects of the website
- Overall responsibility of Online Marketing
- Responsible for all aspects of Online Marketing - PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Marketing Automation, Affiliate Marketing, PR, Marketplaces, etc.
- This is a critical role handling a large advertising budget and hence, requires a data analysis driven individual focused on getting the highest ROI
- Industry & Competitive Analysis
- Training and Managing of the marketing team
Requirements:
- 5 year+ work experience in the e-commerce industry
- Familiar with operational level product and marketing tasks, with the leadership to harness these towards a strategic goal
- Technology / Engineering Background is a must
- Highly Analytical and Number Driven with a creative bent of mind
- Prior experience with marketing automation tools like Adobe Campaign, WebEngage, etc. and with A/B testing will be strongly preferred
- Candidates with Entrepreneurship or prior Startup experience preferred
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in limited resources environment of a startup
- Highly organized with excellent experience managing teams and running projects
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
