Key Responsibilities Areas - Responsible for heading and managing the technology team for GeM platform architecture and infrastructure and all security aspects - Responsible for translation of requirements into specifications and ensuring quality and delivery on time and within budget - Oversee the design and implementation of robust security configurations for the GeM cloud and platform - Responsible for real-time issue resolution of issues on production systems related to infra/architecture/security - Drive the agile development process as needed and support in adoption and implementation within teams - Institute processes to drive the development of supporting tools - Acts as advisor to the technology teams and the final point of issue resolution related to infrastructure/architecture/security - Maintain technology and market knowledge. Analyze and keep abreast on technology trends - Function as the technical contact point, addressing complaints/problems regarding the platform infrastructure/architecture/security - Define metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set goals and measure success of the reporting teams - Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time Key Shared Accountabilities - Work closely with the MSP Project Director in directing overall MSP progress and direction - Responsible for personnel management and building a strong innovative organizational culture Qualifications and Skill Sets Mandatory - Minimum 13 years experience in the monitoring and execution of projects involving substantial IT infrastructure and security development including consultancy or deployment of IT and network security components - Experience should include security architecture and cloud and database management - Bachelor degree in computer science/IT/electronics from premier institute (top 40 as per MHRD nirfindia engineering 2018 Ranking) and full time post graduate degree in management/technology from premier institute - Working technical knowledge of relevant and current network hardware, protocols, and Internet standards Preferred - Certifications like TOGAF, CISSP,CSSA or other similar certifications in the security/architecture space - Experience in program management in government sector a plus - Strong people and relationship management and leadership skills - Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment. Indicative KPIs - % Uptime of GeM portal and services - Number of vulnerabilities detected - Time to resolution for issues - Infrastructure cost vis a vis GMV growth - Schedule variance Reporting Structure Reports to: - Chief Technology Officer Direct reports: - Technology Project Manager (from MSP) - Chief Technology Architect (from MSP) - MSP Program Manager - Tech Lead - Infra and Network - Internal IT team executives Interested applicants are requested to send in their application by 24/05/2018 Note: i.
