Key Responsibilities Areas - Responsible for managing all relationships with the suppliers/vendors/service providers to GeM (such as TP creation services, marketing services, hiring services etc.) - Responsible for understanding the organization requirements correctly so as to develop the right evaluation criteria and budget - Responsible for running the procurement process and all associated formalities for all requirements of GeM - Responsible for onboarding the vendor to ensure quick ramp up time and facilitating the vendor as needed - Track the adherence and ensure 100% compliance on all the SLAs as per respective contracts - Coordinate with key stakeholders for timely documentation of all matters related to vendors/service providers - Responsible to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for identifying and applying vendors - Identify trends and insights and brainstorm new and creative strategies to improve vendor/service provider management processes - Ensure all potential billing as per RFP or any additional or extra claim submitted - Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time Key Shared Accountabilities - Liaise with BI and analytics team to ensure that the right KPIs are being tracked and in the right way - Collaborate with respective departments to identify needs or opportunities where higher efficiency can be realized by outsourcing services - Coordinate with respective departments to ensure monitoring and documentation of vendor performance Qualifications and Skill Sets Mandatory - Min 6 years experience in vendor management/project management involving multiple vendors preferably in the ecommerce space - Graduate or Post graduate degree in in Engineering, Management, Communications, or related discipline from premier institute (top 30 as per MHRD nirfindia management/university/engineering/law/college 2018 Ranking) - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - Good negotiation capability and ability to manage multiple stakeholders - Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment - Have the ability to exercise a great deal of initiative, forward strategic thinking and independent judgment Indicative KPIs - Monitoring of vendor SLA/contract terms - Quality of vendor services (responsiveness/timeliness) - On time payment of vendors - Internal employee satisfaction of vendors Reporting Structure Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer Interested applicants are requested to send in their application by 24/05/2018 Note: i.
