Key Responsibilities Areas - Responsible for training programs including web-based seminars, online/printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and FAQs - Ensure that the training programs and manuals are consistent, effective and up-to-date and are continuously updated as necessary - Responsible for the quality, prioritization and delivery of print and digital communications - Manage cost and quality for training programs and initiatives, communication and feedback operations and publications - Determine training operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews and capacity planning - Work towards the creation of a central database of curriculum, materials, and training records and feedback - Define metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set goals and measure success of the reporting teams - Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time Key Shared Accountabilities - Support the different departments on participation, feedback, marketing, and customer retention initiatives - Determine training needs and requirements in coordination with the buyer, seller and analytics teams - Assist the department heads in designing improvements by providing insights/recommendations basis customer interactions Qualifications and Skill Sets Mandatory - Minimum 4 years experience in training management, preferably in a large corporate environment - Graduate degree in Engineering, Management, Communications, or related discipline from premier institute (as per MHRD nirfindia management/college/university/engineering 2018 Ranking) - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - Understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods - Strong people and relationship management and leadership skills - Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment.
