Key Responsibilities Areas - Responsible for the online marketing strategy for the organization including planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and measuring and reporting of performance of the campaigns - Designing, building and maintaining social media presence and and supplying content for the organization's social media platforms - Responsible for online reputation management (ORM) and escalation to relevant internal stakeholders as needed - Identify trends and insights and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and business development opportunities - Responsible for handling collaboration with agencies and other vendor partners as needed - Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate - Drive the development of advance listening capabilities and crisis management - Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time Key Shared Accountabilities :&nbsp; - Collaborate with Customer Care department to ensure that all complaints are tracked on social media and all consumer forum sites on the internet - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery on daily monitoring reports, press release trackers Qualifications and Skill Sets Mandatory :&nbsp; - Minimum 8 years of which 6 years experience in digital marketing including previous usage of ORM like Sprinklr, Meltwater, Radian6, - Graduate or Post graduate degree in in Engineering, Management, Communications, or related discipline from premier institute (top 30 as per MHRD nirfindia management/college/university/engineering/kaw 2018 Ranking) - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - Exceptional - Customer-Focused- mindset - Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment - Have the ability to exercise a great deal of initiative, forward strategic thinking and independent judgment Indicative KPIs :&nbsp; - Weekly social media likes/followers/clicks/views/shares - Marketing originated users - Number of campaigns (Email/Social Media etc.) - Cost and impact per campaign(incremental web traffic/registration etc.) - Content Quality Reporting Structure :&nbsp; Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer Interested applicants are requested to send in their application by 24/05/2018 Note : i.
