Key Responsibilities Areas -&nbsp; - Responsible for building the seller ecosystem within the assigned cluster and complete management of the day to day operations of the sellers - Accountable for the growth of sellers on the platform including identification, onboarding support and retention of sellers within the cluster - Responsible for external relationship building with brands and OEMS - Responsible for setting up processes and procedures to understand and address seller concerns and pain points - Define metrics and KPIs to monitor performance, set goals and measure success of the reporting teams - Responsible along with the category management team in ensuring sufficient number of sellers for each category and good coverage in terms of delivery locations supported - Responsible for the overall quality of the seller base of the assigned cluster - Any other responsibility as assigned by the competent authority from time to time Key Shared Accountabilities - Ensure successful implementation of promotional activities to drive marketplace growth - Collaborate with Marketplace Health Head to ensure right prices, quality assurance and build in rating and reviews systems - Liaise with the centers of excellence continuously communicating issues and requirements and working to improve the marketplace Qualifications and Skill Sets Mandatory - Minimum 9 years experience in the e-commerce/FMCG/retail space as a seller/vendor manager or related sales role of which min 5 years of leadership experience managing a team - Full time post graduate in management from tier-1 college program (IIMs/ISB/XLRI/MDI/FMS/SP Jain and others within top 50 as per MHRD nirfindia management 2018 Ranking ) - Strong people and relationship management and leadership skills - Capability to work in a fast paced high growth environment. Indicative KPIs - Number of registered and active sellers (within cluster) - Seller growth % (within cluster) - Number of product/service categories with insufficient competition in the cluster - Overall health of seller base ( average rating of the sellers) - Number of sellers trained Reporting Structure Reports to: Seller Organization Head Direct reports: - Acquisition and Onboarding Executives (from MSP) - Training and Onboarding Executives (from MSP) Interested applicants are requested to send in their application by 24/05/2018 Note: i.
