We are actively looking for a skilled and solution-oriented Brand Strategist with a strong analytical and creative mindset to craft compelling brand stories and marketing strategies that deliver results. The Brand Strategist's responsibilities include conducting extensive market research, analyzing findings and implementing them, making recommendations, briefing creatives and enhancing the brand image on all platforms. Job Roles & Responsibilities - - Conducting extensive market research and analysis. - Analyzing research insights, data, and market trends. - Identifying challenges and growth opportunities. - Competitor analysis and insights . - Planning compelling brand stories and creatives. - Leading ideation and brainstorming sessions for new brand strategies & social media campaigns. - Working along with stakeholders of different departments to showcase and promote the GeekyAnts brand. - Collaborating with content marketing, social media, and creative production teams to implement ideas by taking full accountability . - Implementing the culture of thought leadership and promoting the community-centric mindset across the organization. - Promoting brand awareness by researching and planning events and conferences across the globe. - Helps shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the right audience. - Enhance and level up the already existing community efforts. - Leading and managing the social media, creative production, and community teams. - Reporting and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing efforts. - Manage public and media relations efforts. Skills and Qualifications: - MBA in Marketing with at least 2+ years of experience as a brand/marketing strategist - Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor - Strategic thinking and analytical skills - Great presentation skills - Public speaking and leadership skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
