- We want to help companies break free of their rigid ancient systems of hiring built on ineffective, insane vanity metrics like credentials and traditional definitions of qualification, and look at it in a totally new way that will actually solve their talent problem.

- We want to allow developers to just go for the best they can be and do the highest they- ve ever dreamed of doing without being held back by their limiting beliefs or the dysfunctional system they are used to.

About the product :

This is the platform we're building - one that allows developers to find jobs based on their real world skill. There are 3 parts to the platform:

1. Developer facing product that allows developers to showcase capability, apply to companies and manage their job search

2. Company facing product that allows companies to see candidates, their skill and manage their hiring pipeline

3. AI product that assesses candidate's code for real world skill and matches them with the right opportunity

What you'll do :

- Work across our entire platform defining the way developer hiring will happen in the future.

- Work closely with the developer & recruiter community, building out the product as we grow from 50,000 to 500,000 developers, and from 50 to 500 companies over the next couple of years.

- If data interests you, our AI product has a lot of scope for growth where you can contribute. This product is moving from an invite-only release to a broader private beta release over the next 4 weeks.

- Break down customer requirements into small pieces of work the developer team can accomplish in 1 week sprints. As much as working with customers is key, it's also super important that you can convert this into byte sized pieces of work for the tech team.

What you'll bring to the table :

- At-least a few years of experience (2 to 6) having been a product manager before, preferably working end to end from end user interaction to getting feedback post go-live. If you've done this at a startup (however small), that would be awesome.

- Resourcefulness. You'll work with the chief product officer defining what we're going to build. Post which, we expect that you'll run with it and get the outcome delivered. Yes, you will get all the support you need, and we expect that you'll make mistakes. However, finding solutions and being creative is a must for this role.

- Collaboration. Talk to customers, talk to internal teams, talk to developers and cut to the root of the problem, and build solutions together.

- Critical thinking. We believe that solutions are dime a dozen but identifying the right problem to solve is a harder challenge.

- Current team

Product management is a 3 member team right now with [Sneha](https://www.linkedin.com/in/snehajain88/), [Midhu](https://www.linkedin.com/in/midhu-daniel/) and [Joshan](https://www.linkedin.com/in/joshan-babu/). We're looking to hire 2 PMs to join this team. Overall, we're about 20 people including tech, product and operations.

- Location

Currently we're remote but we'll be reopening our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore by March. We don't expect that everyone comes to office but when things settle down over the next 6 months or so, we would like you to come to office.

- Interview process :

- Initial chat to understand match from both our and your perspective (30 min)

- 2 rounds of product interviews (1 hour each)

- 1 case study (2 hours)
