We've always been developer-focused in our ways. Your key responsibilities: - Be the face of Geektrust to our key clients. Hold key relationships. Be their voice internally at Geektrust. - Responsible for revenue generation and existing client demand generation. - Educate companies on how Geektrust helps them. What we do is different from the norm (resume based matching) and needs convincing. - Work with product, marketing, candidate engagement, and data teams to be effective in your role. - Have a clear grip on data to predict performance, and take corrective action rather than wait on trailing metrics. What we- re looking for: - Past experience in Account Management, preferably in the recruitment/HR tech space - Experience in sales - Must be able to define, improve processes and be reasonably self-sufficient - Strong networking and relationship building ability - High attention to detail, with a process and solution oriented mindset We're a small team on a big mission - help folks achieve their true potential.
