Job Profile :


Geekster is looking for a passionate individual to help expand our offerings to a wider client base i.e. tech start-ups, large & mid size IT enterprises etc. This is a high impact role where you will be working directly with the Founders and lead the corporate partnerships initiative at a fast growing Ed+Hr tech company.

Role and Responsibilities :

1. Strategic alliances with corporates (funded start-ups, large & mid size IT enterprises and staffing companies) for their tech talent requirements.

2. Devise the strategy for corporate reach out and lead the engagement with prospective clients, right from arranging the meetings, understanding the requirements, negotiating on commercials and closure of the contract.

3. Partner with senior stakeholders in clients organisation to determine and anticipate their tech talent requirements.

4. Develop briefings, presentations, and customised collateral for prospective hiring partners.

5. Build and nurture all corporate relationships as per business requirements.

6. Build a team of high performers and lead the entire corporate reach out effort.

Candidate Profile :

1. Post-graduate from a reputed institute or B.Tech from a Tier 1/2 college only.

2. Minimum 3 year's of experience in B2B sales, Business Development and Corporate Partnerships preferably in a start-up environment.

3. Experience working in tech or at least with a good understanding of various technology stacks.

4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action.

5. Exceptional presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
