Duties & Responsibilities :
Manage :
- Compensation
- Benefits
- Compliance
- End to end responsible for managing Payroll inputs (Attendance, Leaves, Variable inputs).
- Ensure effective HR administration process by meeting all the statutory obligation of PF, ESIC, MLWF etc.
- Manage payroll function effectively.
- Define the process and policies for financial impact.
- Responsible for Policy adherence
- Payroll Audits
- Stakeholder Management
- PMS
- Ensure health and welfare and leave benefits comply with federal, state and local laws
- Records Management
- Managing all the contracts hire to retiral
- Manage and automate HRIS module
- Salary Bench Marking
- Salary Fitments
Education : MBA in HR
Skill & Competence :
- Experience of 14+ years in HR- C&B role with IT/ ITES organization .
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, HRIS and payroll processes
- Understanding compliance, acts and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits
- Team management experience is preferable
- Candidate must have experience of Handling 10,000 employees payroll .
