Office time : 11:00 AM-8:00 PM/12:00 PM-9:00 PM
Skills/Knowledge & Qualification:
1. Any other Graduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent - Total Experience - 10+ Years with min 6 + years in L&D
2. Any professional from an L&D organization who have extensive relevant experience in servicing clients, will also be considered
3. Exposure to having managed/led long duration and short burst Learning Interventions
4. Functional Learning Interventions design and roll out would be an added advantage
5. Excellent design & facilitation skills and interpersonal/ communication skills (verbal and written).
6. Strong organizational & planning skills with keen attention to detail: ability to handle multiple tasks and details efficiently while meeting deadlines.
7. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and exercise independent judgement regarding processes or systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
Training:
- Conduct detailed learning needs analysis and skill mapping with reference to the functional and behavioral competency framework to understand the requirements for enhancement of employee capability for a diverse set of learning initiatives in the space of Behavioral, Leadership, Culture and Value based interventions in partnership with department heads.
- Responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, and facilitating learning & development programs for employees.
- Review and finalize the learning and leadership development programs' calendar and ensure training timelines are followed as planned
- Maintain strong relationships with facilitators for delivery of learning courses (logistics) and support in the management of facilitators
- Determine, gather, draw insight from and present appropriate learning metrics
- Creating and implementing training interventions (Leadership & Behavioral) basis the business strategy
- Creating a vendor ecosystem to deliver the content & to deliver back to the business
- Enabling systemic dashboards and periodic learning trackers
- Identifying learning needs through various sources including scanning the external market for understanding new technologies relevant to achieving GeBBS strategy
- Support the onboarding of new employees
- Curate, create, and continuously improve learning content using an array of creative approaches that inspire and engage learners to drive excellence
- Calculate ROI of LnD initiatives
E-learning:
- Ensure the development & implementation of in-house content, audio video material aligned
- Work with internal team & SMEs for creating content across functions
