Designation: Associate Vice President/ Director - RPA &amp; Digital Transformation Job Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai Shift: UK / US JD: Duties &amp; Responsibilities: - Support thought leadership on future state operating models and processes with special emphasis on capabilities such as AI, Machine Learning, RPA, etc. - Contribute to / lead enterprise wide initiatives focused on defining and implementing efficient and future ready processes and operating models incorporating latest technologies (AI / Machine Learning / RPA, etc.) and methodologies (design thinking, lean / agile, etc.) - Collaboratively work with stakeholders on engagements to deliver impactful results - Act as a change agent and manage end to end delivery of work streams on projects - Support / collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement comprehensive business improvement plans that support the business strategy. - Consulting project delivery - timeline and milestone management, Stakeholder relationship management - Creative thinking/innovative mind-set - Thrive in uncertainty and manage teams, customer in ambiguous environment - Strong business acumen and understanding of business issues across focus sectors - Engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus - Define and execute value generation roadmaps for clients leading to large meaningful impact to clients - Partner with multi-function teams to constantly enrich the engagement with clients - Drive end-to-end thinking and solutions to deliver long term benefits to our clients Requirement : - 14+years of experience and has experience in running a transformation, Digital deployment, specific experience in RPA implementation and awareness of technologies like AA, Blue Prism, UI Path. - Hands on experience in working on business transformation design and implementation engagements focused on operating model and process improvements - Prior solution design, consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience - Process consulting experience preferred over business/ strategy consulting - Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations - Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace - Must be able to communicate well with all levels of the organization - Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team in a collaborative way. - Influence employees at all levels - Must be able to ensure lean transformation design principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls. - Must have demonstrated strong analytical skills across academic and professional experience Qualification : - Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree with 14+ years of experience
