GE Renewable Energy - Business Analyst

Title : Business Analyst (1 year fixed term contract)

Job Location : Gurgaon (remote working till covid)

Reporting to : President, GE South Asia

Job Responsibilities :

1. Plan, direct, coordinate and collaborate all corporate activities as OneGE on behalf of the president; act as advisor to the president and senior leadership team

2. Participate and facilitate regular meetings with executive management team

3. Build and maintain relationships across all functions in order to influence outcomes, strengthen leadership teamwork and foster long term business partnerships that are critical to the organization's success as OneGE

4. Develop company-wide processes and procedures at regional level

Candidate Background:

1. Engineer and MBA with 1-3 years of experience in PMO/President's office/CEO's office/strategy and consulting

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

3. Task oriented, good attention to detail

4. Ability to efficiently and effectively asses, prioritise, plan and execute

5. Able to work with minimal supervision, strategic bent of mind

6. Broad exposure to functions like human resource, government affairs, business strategy, corporate communication.
