GE - Lead Controllership Analyst

1. As a lead statutory analyst for the for the listed entity GE T&D India limited the person will be responsible in preparation of end to end stat financials of the listed entity.

2. Full ownership of Grid Equipment Pvt. Limited (the holding entity of GE T&D India ltd.) in preparation of standalone Balance sheet and Consolidated Balance sheet.

3. Serve as a focal point for business and Auditors for all the audit process (quarterly limited reviews, Annual audit, tax audit). The person is expected to be deeply engaged in the preparation and review balance sheets, IND AS templates, tax recos and other reconciliations. 

4. Support Board related compliances, Cost audits, tax audits, internal audits

5. Ensure timely closure of period ends, reconciliations and open items

6. Support GL Accounting and Reporting as per GE GAAP
