Post Position Title: Sr. Manager, Compensation & Benefits  Role Summary/Purpose:This role is responsible for leading the Compensation and Benefits function for the GE Capital -Retail Finance business in Asia in collaboration with the Global RF C&B Leader. This role reports to the HR Leader for GE Capital Retail Finance - Asia and Supports ~3,000 employees in Hyderabad, India & Manila, Philippines.  Essential Responsibilities  - Monitors industry and external market trends and identifies opportunities for change within the business as appropriate  - Manage the annual salary, stock option and incentive planning processes for the business in India & Philippines collaborating with Global Retail Finance C&B team  - Evaluate and design along with the HQ C&B team, incentive plans impacting India and Philippines in line with business objectives; align programs to global changes  - Coordinate with the HQ C&B team to lead and participate in the annual local market survey data process of benchmarking positions to external surveys and analyzing market data to provide value-added reporting detailing competitive market positioning for the business.  - Counsel and partner with HR and management teams and lead C&B related communication within the business  - Support job evaluation for the team in line with global Retail Finance framework  - Oversee rewards and recognition programs and tools in Asia.  - Provides Retail Finance perspectives to India & Philippines level C&B projects to ensure Retail Finance needs are considered.  Qualifications/Requirements  - MBA preferred with more than 5 years demonstrated success and career progression in Human Resources.  - At least 3 years of Compensation and/or Benefits experience in Asia for a global organization  - Demonstrated success and career progression in the HR or finance fields.  - Advanced PC skills including strong Excel skills.  - Knowledge of HR systems (e.g. Workday, Oracle HR, PeopleSoft) and corresponding reporting mechanism.  - Significant HR practices and applicable regulatory knowledge.  - Ability to communicate with and influence all levels of the organization and drive change.  - Demonstrated successful experience working in a demanding, high performance work environment and team oriented culture  - Flexible to work in shifts  Desired Characteristics  - Experience working with Multi-National Companies or BPO Industry.
