Marketing Manager


Responsibilities :

- Be the brand custodian - craft and define brand positioning to support GCA's vision and growth goals globally.

- Develop communications and storyline for GTM of product launches and key initiatives.

- Design and draft marketing content for emailers, articles on social media posts, etc.

- Collaborate with stakeholders from product, content, and creative teams to define and execute brand and communications initiatives enabling increased engagement, adoption, and awareness.

- Ideate on new tools to improve branding and help overall efficiency of the team with tooling.

- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users to generate campaign insights.

- Design and execute events and webinars, including managing the communication strategy and tactical plan to promote and boost event awareness & webinar engagements for audience building

- Design brand messages for various category and audiences

- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all internal and external communications

- Plan and execute brand campaigns over various channels of market outreach such as events, advertising, webinars etc.

- Drive and manage communications for existing relationships with PR and analyst community

- Track OKRs and report on the efficiency of marketing expenditures, manage budgets.

- Track and measure success of brand campaigns with clearly defined success metrics

Desired Skills & Experience :

- Excellent knowledge and understanding of all social and traditional media platforms and relevant content to inform/engage internal and external audience in a way that connects and builds reputation.

- 4 to 6 years of experience across branding and communications in enterprises with at least 2 years in Start-up space focussed on B2B.

- Ability to drive interactions with senior leadership both internally and externally for knowledge sharing and arriving at key decisions.

- Ability to think strategically and execute with confidence.

- A growth mindset with a passion for building things from the ground up.
