GB International - Head - Production - Mobile Handsets Assembly Plant

- Manage and improve the 2 production departments.

- Manage as plant head for Assembling of mobile phone lines

- Must have worked as General manager or above for any mobile handset (smart phone or feature phone)

- Responsible for the compliance with SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality), company rules, and ISO 9001 implementation.in production.

- Manage personnel (30-50) via production officers and by direct supervision on the floor

- Plan batches, optimize personnel usage, deliver right quality, report internally and externally, register in ERP, maintain installations, define Raw Material requirement, meet deadlines for deliveries to customers, hold production meetings, give training, make evaluations, implement key ideas of 5S, continuous improvements, lean manufacturing

Skills :

- Familiar with relevant production processes.

- Mastery of relevant material operation knowledge.

- Familiar with the workshops operation processes.

- Involved in environment and occupational health safety management (basic knowledge) training in possession of good environment-protection, occupational health safety and legal awareness.

- Strong technical capacity with good communication skills.

- Strong quality awareness and responsibility.
