Position Title: Sales Associate
Organization : Gauge Data Solutions
Reports to: Head - Marketing & Sales
Purpose of the Role :
- To sell and promote our new product: CaseMine. Maximize product sales by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts.
- Lead generation & development to achieve defined business objectives
- Understand customer needs to translate our product features into a winning business proposition
- Craft customized pitches tailored to customer needs and engage with clients
- Meet C-level executives like General Counsel, VP - Legal, Director - Legal, Sr. Partner/Partner of Law Firms etc. for new customer closures
Broad scope of work :
- Relationship development
- Prospecting
- Concept Sales
- Digital marketing initiatives
- ATL/BTL Marketing
- Proposal presentation
- Product demonstration
- Negotiation & Closures
Duties and Responsibilities :
Core Accountable : Revenue generation & Marketing
Outputs and Agreed Method of Measurement :
- Target v/s Actual Revenue Achievement.
- Driving new POS for designated product line by targeting major customer segments like law firms, Government, corporates and academia.
- Pure play new customer acquisition/business development role.

- Persistence -Have the tenacity to push for growth objectives in tough business conditions.
- Multitasking - being able to manage multiple opportunities and tasks at any given time.
- Adaptability - being able to articulate the CaseMine value proposition in different environments.
Skill-set :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Pleasant personality & ability to build a rapport
- Good sales skills
Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge :
Education : Under-graduates from Top Colleges /MBA graduates, law background is not mandatory
Experience : Impressive personality mandatory; sales experience (0-4 years), while preferred, is not a qualifying criteria
