Responsibilities :

- You would be leading in house efforts in researching newer and novel analytics methodologies.

- You would be actively involved in all stages of solution delivery to the client.

Essential Skills Required :

- Develop, enhance and maintain Python-related projects, data services, platforms and processes.

- Apply and maintain data quality checks to ensure data integrity and completeness.

- Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across, Decision Sciences, Search, Database Management. To design innovative solutions, capture requirements and drive a common future vision.

- An expert in Text Analytics with basic ancillary skills including data cleaning, merging etc.

- Extensive experience in at least one of the following; NLTK, Core NLP, Open NLP. Previous experience in implementing a Text analytics pipeline(production-grade preferred).

- Excellent knowledge of Python and Core Java.

- Hands-on experience on Linux

- Strong analytical and coding skills

- Good Academic record

- Willingness to learn and work on new technologies.

Required Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience in Python programming language.

- Understanding and proven application of Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, Regular expressions, data storage procedures, problem-solving, and complexity analysis.

- Understanding of natural language processing and basic ML algorithms will be a plus.

- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills..

- Previous experience with industry in text analytics projects.

- Thorough knowledge of applying Deep learning algorithms to texted data.

- Knowledge of sklearn, nltk and other data science libraries in python

- Exposure to Text mining, Text Classification

- Basic Knowledge of Spark and the concept of shredding

- Knowledge in database, both RDBMS and NoSQL(MongoDB)

- Strong individual contributor, self-motivated, and a proven team player.

- Eager to learn and develop new experience and skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Immediate Joiner Preferred
