Role Title : Zonal Manager - E-Commerce Operations

Location & Role Scope : Bangalore (Zonal office). The role scope is entire South Zone

Experience : Experience of 6 - 9 years in Ecommerce operations

Qualification : Post Graduate from good B Schools

Industry Background : Should have worked in reputed companies in India in Logistics or E-commerce

Reports to : Head E-commerce Operations

In this role the job holder will be responsible for the e-commerce operations of the Zone.

Key Deliverables :

- Draw-up appropriate Strategic initiatives and Objectives to enable the Company to meet its business objectives

- Conceptualize and develop the model for Ecommerce fulfilment with cost structures and specific time lines

- Introduce the end-to-end solution within the e-commerce vertical from Order acquisition to delivery.

- Set the Operations for the functions of Ecommerce processing

- Design internal processes (SPO- s) at various levels within the organisation for smooth functioning of the products and services.

- Draw KPIs for the business & team

Functional Competencies :

- Have hands-on experience in eCommerce space

- Analytical approach and be data-driven.

- Demonstrable experience in launching new products

Behavioral Competencies :

- Very good analytical skills

- A sharp Negotiator

- Flair for working with diverse type of professionals/agencies.

- Ability to maintain good PR and be well networked

Travel Required :

- Extensively within the Zone
