Sr Manager - Marketing

Qualification : MBA specialized in Marketing / PG in Mass Communication.

Role Purpose :

- To plan and develop all marketing, advertising, promotional activities for effectively executing and monitoring the marketing strategies in meeting the organizational objectives and enhancing company's brand and visibility in the market.

- Evaluate customer research; market conditions, competitor data and implementing marketing plan/changes as needed.

Key Accountability Area :

- Develop marketing initiatives to expand customer base and to optimize sales.

- Undertaking promotional activities to ensure brand visibility and awareness in metro markets.

- Implementation & evaluation of consumer promotions for all new product concepts.

- To manage the marketing department budget.

- Designing and producing marketing collaterals.

- Executing tie-ups, promotional activities and events in venues.

- Capacity to articulate people's thoughts into words and further into structured notes/briefs

- Networking skills

- Have worked with digital/email marketing tools/creative/digital media/ agencies
