Operations Analyst/Data Analyst

1) To support with data analytics for all special projects taken in operations

2) Number crunching to determine predictive trends in delivery costs

3) Should know how to make process flow charts for ops (incase of process changes) and IT projects

4) PowerPoint knowledge to make monthly review ppts

5) Co-ordinating with all EDCs on daily ops initiatives

Skills - Strong analytical and communications skills. Problem solving mindset. Expertise in MS office.

Key Responsibilities :

- Vehicle capacity utilization and suggest changes required in vehicle routing to improve utilization based on changing load pattern.

- Network & route optimization, Control tower & predictive performance management

- Help senior management in data driven decision making and planning.

- Dashboarding and report building. Construct and monitor KPIs across different departments.

- Manage ETL to ensure optimum utilization of available resource. Ensure update of dashboards/reports as per requirement

- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques and generate actionable insights

- Analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.

- Collect organize and analyze significant amount of data with attention to detail and accuracy

Tools & Technologies :

- Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word (must-have)

- R/Python (must-have)

- Power BI (preferred), Tableau.
