Qualification & Other requirements
- Preferable - Master's degree, minimum - bachelor's degree
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS office is a core requirement
- Business understanding of inter departmental jobs & fair understanding of Express industry is an advantage
- Should be able to work on on-line software's, with speed and efficiency
Job DescriptionPricing:Customized Pricing Requests
- Review the pricing request and evaluate the inputs provided by the sales team
- Create analytical reports for the customized pricing request
- Evaluate and suggest pricing proposals based on strategy, financial analysis, competitive situation and market rate benchmarking
- Maintain the turn-around time to the sales team
- Pricing MOP to be followed for approval process
- Coordinate with the Implementation on the implementation the Customized Contract Rates in the Pricing system
Ad-hoc/ one time spot requests- Ad-hoc/one time shipment rate request to be evaluated and approved depending on the financials
- Pricing MOP to be followed for approval process
- Maintain the approval Turn-around time to the sales team
- Coordinate with the Implementation on the implementation the Customized Contract Rates in the Pricing system
Revenue ManagementProfitability report- Generate and publish Monthly Profitability report and present to the Country Management team
- Prepare Dashboard to highlight the top customers of the country
- Collaborate the sales feedback on the top customers
- Strategize to improve Customer Profitability and track the activity
Compliance report- Prepare and publish Monthly Compliance dashboard report of new signed customers
- Tracking of the customer wise performance after sign up
Pre-Approved pricing Performance report- Monthly sign up performance of pre-approved pricing templates
- Performance of pre-approved pricing templates
Miscellaneous - Support Revenue Management activities such as training, maintenance of Revenue Management systems, and ad hoc projects
- Perform bid processing, rate review, and analysis of monthly Revenue Management plan and results
- Conduct audit of system and processes
- Assist in the development and delivery of the Revenue Management training/education
- Liaise between Marketing, Business Development and Finance & Accounting to ensure proper execution of Pricing &Revenue Management policies and initiatives
- Visit customers with business Development team
