Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to expand the fleet & design the network route

Key Deliverable :

- Draw up Zonal Ecomm business objectives in line with organization objectives

- Responsible for opening up sorting centers & maintain day-day activities closely

- Able to manage the Line haul cost & work towards in reducing

- Maintaining the targeted service levels in line with the business

- Should manage the team & guide them to work towards the goal

- Managing the fleet (Internally & externally) to carry out the Ecomm operations of the zone
