Profile : 

- Preparation of- monthly- financial- statements and presenting the same to senior management with complete analysis

- Regularly reviewing standalone TB of various locations & conducting meeting- with the- location head, Local- Financial Controller to report the irregularities

- Maintaining Ind- AS and- IGAAP- two sets- of- books- of- accounts- for- Ind AS- migration, Effective- Implementation of- Ind AS- for- Gati- and its subsidiaries for desired financial leverage. - -

- Regulatory Compliance,- Financial reporting- as per- SEBI guidelines/Companies- Act- and- Accounting- standards issued- by ICAI 

- Directly responsible for IFC compliances, IT interface and business process compliances

- Board compliances, Completion of statutory audits, tax audits and transfer pricing audits including compliance to tax laws, transfer pricing regulations, SEBI regulations. - -

- Monthly activities, Completeness and accuracy in IT control over different systems Viz., BAZ, GEMS, Oracle Apps-

- Supporting Direct/Indirect Tax team for Income Tax Assessments, TDS compliances, advance tax and tax planning.

- Strengthening the existing FSCP (Financials statements closure process)-

- Coordinating with various statutory auditors for finalization of accounts & managing audits. 

- Drawing an action plan of observations of independent audits being performed by internal/external stakeholders. 

- Supervising the production- and- maintenance- of- accounting- records-

- Executing the analysis and interpretation of financial- information, via relevant metrics- and- KPI- s,- to enhance- business decision-making processes

- Administering the finalization of the Accounts, Internal & External Audits as well as Annual Operational Budget-
