Gati-Kintetsu Express - Head Express Distribution Center - Business Development

Role Purpose:

- The purpose of the role is to create new prospects and meeting new business development targets, identify customer requirements, define market and customize solutions and offerings.

- The role holder is required to create market intelligence to support the product enhancement and competitive landscape evaluation.

- The role holder has to work in close coordination with the EDC and Zones; Prior Exposure and experience of measuring sales force effectiveness will be an added advantage. This is a leadership role which involves managing teams and mentoring people.

Key Deliverables:

- Develop New Strategies, planning and Implementation.

- New business development.

- Handling meeting with new clients

- Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.

- Training and development of team.

- Business Growth - Quarter on Quarter and Year on Year
