eCommerce Head

Qualification & Experience :

- Post Grade in Sales/Marketing in reputed B School

- 8+ years of solid Sales/Solution Selling experience

- Prior experience in logistics sector, especially in eCommerce will be given preference.

- Experience from Operations and Sales would be preferable.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with Operations and Sales team.

- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training and in person support.

- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.

- Managing the entire Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.

- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.

- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.

- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding within and outside Company.
