Role & Responsibility :

- Assisting the Executive Director in executive review meetings; identify opportunities and work on key Business initiatives.

- Responsible for preparing Business plans and key Management deliverables.

- Works closely and effectively with the Executive Director to keep abreast of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately

- Analyzing MIS; interpreting Business information; research, strategize, prepare performance reports to Board.

- Preparing confidential reports, correspondences, minutes of meeting and monitoring deadlines / follow - ups

- Chalking out a strategy to achieve vision and develop new capabilities, territories and customers

- Attending Executive Director meetings for tracking and driving action points discussed during meeting

- Provides leadership in building relationships crucial to the success of the organization.

- Documenting relevant reports for internal and external presentations.

- Handling special projects which fell under Executive Director office.

- Assisting various Business heads/Project heads in detailed scope study and evaluating the feasibility of the project.

- Coordinating with the operational teams in new project planning and implementation.

Skill Set :

Looking candidates from good Premier Institute

- Researches, prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the ED including those of a sensitive or confidential nature

- Steering Strategic plan development and conducting market study and analysis

- Provides leadership in building relationships crucial to the success of the organization

- Manages a variety of special projects for the ED which are of organizational importance.
