Roles and Responsibilities :

- Business Development in Contract Logistics Vertical across Mumbai.

- Client Servicing

- Cross Sell initiative.

- Vendor Management.

- Apart from catering to the in house clients of Forwarding division responsible for acquiring New Clients throughout West Zone for Contract Logistics.

- Single window contact to the clients for Transportation & Delivery Solutions

- Accountable for end to end customer service by providing timely response to Customer Queries.

- Key Member to implement the Contract Logistics Module.

- Solely responsible for setting up the team for Client Management

- Accountable for receivable & payable for the total Business Module.

- Accountable for managing the vendor base & price negotiation.

- Lead member in budgeting the supply chain cost for new project.
