- Coordinating & executing the necessary requirements for disbursement from financial institutions.

- Coordination with Credit Rating agencies for annual credit ratings.

- Developing and updating models for Financial Appraisal using MS-Excel tool.

- Drafting and vetting of various Agreements.

- Representing Finance in all major procurements.

- Mobilization of funds from various Banks and Financial Institutions.

- Submission of various reports such as CMA data, FFRs, Stock Statements to Bank as required under Credit Facilities Sanction Letter.
